  1. What a great list, Alison! I really liked Jacqueline Woodson's book and The Hunger Games too. To Kill a Mockingbird will always be my favorite. I'm glad we have a few similarities!

  2. I'm with Alice on The Hunger Games! I too loved (or really liked) A Northern Light. Great list ... where do you find the time, or how did you acquire your speed reading skills?

  3. Great way to list em! I have spent a while thinking about my list. It is smaller this year as my reading was almost nil but I'm glad that you and I have quite a few in common. I also found a new copy of Matched at the second hand bookstore already!! What a bargain!! My Christmas miracle that day. I look forward to reading it even more since I saw it listed here as a favorite. It was even listed on NPR as a 'to-read' book!!

    Have a great week!

  4. I want to read so many of these so glad you liked them. I'm most interested in A Northern Light, The Day the Falls Stood Still, Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet, and The Lacuna.
