Thankfully Reading Part 2

After reading some more of The Lacuna, I ventured out of the house for a little while this morning. While I was in the car, I listened to some of Sarah Dessen's Dreamland. Now I'm back in the house, watching BYU football and reading the blogs of other participants in the Thankfully Reading Weekend!

Among the many library books that I've currently got on my to-read pile are these:

Happy reading!

  1. That's quite the pile of library books! I see CHAINS in your stacks. My oldest son & I read that together; it's quite the memorable book!

  2. I Am the Messenger? Never Let Me Go? Two books that have made my 'best of' the year lists. Lucky you to have them to read.

  3. Jenn: I've been wanting to read Chains for ages. Hopefully I'll get to it soon!

raidergirl3: I actually read I Am the Messenger recently - but I want to get my review written before I take it back to the library. Awesome book! I'm looking forward to Never Let Me Go!

  7. You're reading The Lacuna! I've had it by my bed for about a year but haven't gotten very far. I love Kingsolver so not sure why. Great pics of your books. I have so many tbrs but I always seem to buy a new book to read instead of what I have

  10. The Diary of Pelly D is AMAZING. Read it first! I love that book so much, it's HAUNTING. And Chains is good too, especially if you like Anderson's other stuff. I also saw Andrew Clements in there, and anything by him is always good, so you have some good reading ahead of you.
